hello doc.. my son has fever cold runny nose n cough from past 2 days... I tried p250 cofheal n cetrizine syrup but no improvement... can u suggest an antibiotic pls

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is virafl in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some jhome remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
