Hello doc, My daughter is 7 years old now and her weight is about 35 kg which is more and I am worried how to reduce her weight. Also she wets bed whenever she sleeps. Please help me with these two issue.

Avoid giving junk food like bread and maida
Take a good care
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Limit milk to 500 ml
Give adequate water
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
Offer different varieties of food
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
