Hello doc.. My boy is crying a lot all of the sudden at random times of the day.. Unable to console at that time. Able to calm him sometimes by placing him on the shoulder and walk a bit. What could be the problem?

A. it is the gas. Colic and gas is very common in babies till infancy moslty . Proper burping and positioning during feeding is important to reduce this . Gastica drop can be given up to 3 times for gas and meftal spas for pain .
