Q.

Hello Doc, My baby was born in the 34th week weighing 2.35 kg. While in the hospital, we fed him using a paladai (small feeding cup/spoon). His current weight is 2.21 kg. Should I breastfeed him directly, or continue feeding him with the paladai?

A. See if your child is comfortable taking breastfeeding you should go ahead with that because the feeding with the spoon is very tired some for the mother and the child also wear breastfeeding is quite easier that way so of course you should definitely try to breastfeed directly and initially the weight loss is seen within a week of days and improper feeding but then the child starts to take its proper growth with the feed that you gave
