Hello doc, My baby is 2 mths old. do we need to clean/ wipe the private parts of baby with water after evey tine she passes the urine. Will she not catch cough with this. Should I use diaper or cloth nappies.

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. after stool. you need to wipe everytime. always apply coconut oil before putting on the diapers to avoid chances of rashes and skin infections. give only breastmilk till completion of six months

Hi mom Use saline nasal drops Give indirect steam inhalation Take a good care Wash area often with lukewarm water Wash your hands often before touching your baby Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
