Q.

hello doc my 20 months boy is very active he immitates rhymes,he loves to see rhymes ,he makes eye contact but problem is he doesn't pin point things like when i say fan,nose even he don't respond to his name and says mama when in mood is it problematic

A. you should know that the sages very specific for behaviour issues and so tantrums and drums so do not worry about this it is normal your baby development seems good as per what you have mentioned
