Q.
#AskTheExpert my baby girl is 11 months old,she responds to our calling rarely but she is obsessed with rhymes and whenever we sing rhymes infront of her, she respond positively.She makes eye-contact but easily gets distracted.She bubbles the word like "mama" "tata" "nana" and always looking for things to play with and putting in her mouth.she has been watching rhymes since last 4 months( screen time 4-5 hours/day)

kids usually start interacting properly by 15-18 months and talk properly by completion of 2-3 years.
so better let them explore.
it will improve their concentration.
talkative kids often lack concentration
