A. less common when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

A. Vaccinations often lead to fever if it’s a regular vaccination fever will come with a pain is vaccination the fever doesn’t come but cold and cough has got no connection with your child having a vaccination and all it could be due to weather change
