hello doc, mera baby 4nd half month ka h. kal s usko fever h. 100, 101. uska teething bhi start hua h. or 3 days s mujhe bhi cold nd cough h

So You start doing cold sponging to the child but that will help in reduction of temperature and if it is required also you can talk to your doctor about it then adviser with a better medicine to go for and if you are also suffering with these issues and you can take steam and then you can also take ginger juice and honey mixture twice a day
