A. Hi. I don't feel tired but rest is same. I think nothing works, because taking supplements causes more side effects. For tiredness take a big glass of milk for calcium and protein and fiber rich foods

A. You need to visit a gynaecologist nearby you in person , who along with physical examination, may ask you for few tests like complete blood picture, Thyroid tests (as needed after history and examintion) your perinatal and postnatal conditions may have some bearing on your present status as well. Vitamin supplements including biotin, folic acid and iron will help. Diet should be rich in protein ( common ones like pulses, grams, egg white, etc), iron & folic acid( green leafy vegetables, coloured fruits & salads like pomegranate, beet) . Adequate water intake. Proper sleep is required. ( Sleep when your baby sleeps). You need to feel relaxed. Don't exhaust yourself with Baby care, rather enjoy it.. Take care.
