hello doc in my ultrasound report foetal kidneys show slightly dilated renal pelvis measuring up to 4mm on both side. can u please help me about this. is this something serious???

A. well there may ne a valve on lower end or sp. try to show to a pediatric doctor. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
