hello doc, I M a mother of three month old baby boy, from past three days I have been taking lactare and perinorm tablet , still no much improvement found. please suggest how to increase breast milk. and also is butter milk safe to drink??

A. Hi Yes you can use curd and butter milk in your diet. There is no problem in that. During best feeding phase you require more of calcium so it will also help in full filling your Calcium requirements.
