Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. you can take tablet paracetamol 650 mg for pain as well as for fever paracetamol can be taken maximum sfour times per day and it has to be taken after some amount of food the pain or fever doesn't resolve then it is advisable that you should vizsit the doctor
