Hello doc I have a twins babies with 1.7yrs but they not eat anything only drink buffalo milk and whenever they eat some rice, daliya or chapati then after half n hour they went for potty everytime. I am so worried about their weight. kindly suggest something or some medicine

A. just make the child comfortable and then only give do not for the child to eat and do not give too much of milk to the child otherwise the child will not take proper food
