Hello doc I am 8 month baby boy mother,day to day my breast milk was reducing then how can I increase.Please help me in this.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. you should be taking really good amount of liquid apart from that I would recommend you to start having any good supplement like Shatavari powder for increasing your lactation add also it is going to be important for you to have a good amount of lentils and proteins
