Q.

Hello Doc Ghouse. My daughter is Almost six years old but her growth like 4-5 years old , height and weight both. she drinks milk in a proper way. one chapati and rice also. what should I do for her. please suggest me. Thank you

A. Give protien rich diet include dals, eggs, all milk and milk products, tofu, nuts, beans in daily diet. Give sufficient play time, skipping, running, stretching exercise, cycling, hanging exercise will help.

A. You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Avoid snacks and other junks and replace with fruits and nuts. Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati, upma, Lunch - any rice with dal, veggie rice, Khicidi, eggs and non veg if your baby eats. snacks - finger foods,carrot, apple, banana, nuts milkshake, juices, banana, potato, puffed rice, poha, Dinner, idli, dosa, rice, mixed veg paratha, Khicidi, dal rice, rasam rice, milk rice take care
