RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am Give a balanced diet to your child that will help in gaining of proper height and weight as per the age. Apart from that weight can be increased but height is completely genetics so it completely depends on the height of either side of the parent or their immediate family like grandparents
