Hello Doc. For how long I can store my breast milk in a bottle and can I heat it later in needed??

A. hi you can store breastmilk up to 4 hours at room temperature. but please use stainless steel container for this. if you store it in fridge ,you can store it for 2 or 3 days and so you have to just warm it before serving to your child. please don't heat it just take a container full of hot water and place the stainless steel bottle (of breastmilk) in that vessel for few minutes.
