Hi how long we can store breast milk in breast milk sucking bottle and which is the best way to store breast milk

A. you must always store breastmilk in sterilized bottles.you must sterilize it before every use. breadtmilk should be stored for not more than 2 to hours at room temperature and for not more than a day in the fridge. if you keep it in the fridge then to bring the milk to room temperature keep the bottle in a bowl of warm water and then give it to the baby. the breast pump must also be sterilized.
