Hello Doc, # fever & cold cough My baby boy is 5 years old weight 23kg is suffering from fever and cold cough from past 6 days..I am giving Crocin DS(sos) and Allegra syrup( twice a day) but there is no improvement in his health..can u pls suggest what should I do?

A. You can give mucolite syrup to the child fir cough and steam inhalation will help and put nasoclear nasal drops twice a day and give warm liquids to the child take care
