ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician2 years agoA. give as prescribed by your doctor it's paracetamol can be given at a interval of 4-6 hours In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine
