hello doc after 5 months i have periods and i feel i have low milk supply what to do my baby is totally on mother feed.if it is due to periods i have to face same problem everymonth ?

A. hello ma'am no there will not be any impact on now milk production during the periods it is just as many of the mums make continue taking food well that will help you to get the mother's milk generated and also take the regular fields instead of a single male in between and try to take something before you feed it will help
