Hello dear experts Please suggest me some high fiber food for my 14 months baby and list some constipation causing food.....so that I can avoid them as my baby is not having proper stool these days

A. hit child suffering from constipation so you should avoid giving food causing constipation like Banana method of containing food too much of milk and give green leafy vegetables along with plenty of liquids
