hello, could you please tell me is it normal to get menstruation after 3 months of postpartum(i have too much bleeding and have very much back n leg cramping should I need to consult Dr. ) and when can put copper-t n how many days I have to take rest and is it painful?

A. yes it is very normal that periods occur in 3 months after delivery no need to worry for that but yes you need to take proper rest and try to sleep whenever baby is sleeping as in many of the cases heavy bleeding may be caused due to lack of interest

A. Yea dear..if your breastfeeding It may even take a year or more too resume. If you bottle feed there are chances to get it early. If you do botlle feeding and breastfeeding together it may resume in the middle too. There is no particular time and each mums body is also different.
