Q.

my 10 year old daughter started menstruation 3 month back. now she has a little bleeding on 9th or 10th day of her periods also. is it normal or any home remedy to stop bleeding.

A. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor

A. thank you ma'am. Gynecologist suggested betonin syrup and protein powder. she said no Harmone therapy is necessary for this age. is it enough ma'am.
