Hi Rashmi, Apologies for the incoherent sentence.I am asking for 4th month pregnancy.I am 15 weeks pregnant to be more precise.If you or anyone else can suggest some safe exercises which I can do during this time as I am facing little back ache also.

Is it four months of pregnancy is it four months of delivery see you have not mentioned anything you do not post your query properly you do not provide any details which are associated with the question so you do not expect a reply that way because children and nothing is clear to us we cannot help you back properly
