You Please stick to the natural stuff only try to give white rice only it’s much healthier for a child brown rice takes a lot of time to cook and also longer time to digest you should know all these things before you introduce anything to the child so stick to white rice it’s very healthy good for weight gain it has good amount of starch into it and coconut water can be given every day from the age of seven months it self
