hello.. before vaccination baby bahot bate karti thi..rolling karne ki try karti thi but ab kuch din se she stopped everything and only start sucking her hand everything.why she doing like that plzz response..and when she behave Normally.. talking and playing

such type of habits and behaviour usually improve with increasing age of the child and does not require any type of intervention.
you can divert the child to prevent the habit / behaviour.
this is totally fine and not to be worried about.
