Hello..any dermatologist please suggest.. I'm having tiny bumps with red color in hands..it's an allergy I think so..too much itching..I couldn't control..what should I do

A. you should keep watch on your food what because of which these rashes has come and avoid that food you should apply Lacto Calamine solution on that area and you can take allegra tablet after Consulting doctor to stop itching
