Q.

Hello... Am a mother of 1month 12days .My baby born on 14 may via normal delivery and I was bleeding till 10th June then it stopped but today again am bleeding should I consider it as 1st period or not

A. It may or may not be your first period because sometimes women get a single period Around 40 days after giving birth and then after they may or may not get cycles even up to 6 to 12 months especially when their exclusively breast-feeding the baby. A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very common after delivery. And if your baby is exclusively breastfed then there are chances that your periods are on and off. Maintain a good personal hygiene. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated while breastfeeding your baby. Consult your doctor.
