hello! am a mother of 18 months baby and working women. He play all day but whenever it's time he refuses to eat or eat lil bit. He looks thin. I don't know what do to improve his intake. Please help me to find a better solution

yes ,kids do this
but for that , instead of running behind your child to make him eat , give food whenever your child is hungry.
encourage your child to do more physical activities and let him feel hungry.
serve food in kiddie plate which help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
for example
Babyhug kiddie plate
if a child weighs around 8 to 10 kg then no need to worry about his physical appearance.
