Q.
hello... Am 3.5 months pregnant... am just getting frequent headache. can you pls suggest me a remedy for it. Am a teacher I've to take live sessions Because of this am not able to concentrate on my work too.. pls pls suggest me a remedy.

It’s better that you consult a physician and also inform that you are pregnant so that he can assess further and rule out migraines and give medications suitable during pregnancy
