hello all. years back i have osteostenosis problem n i became normal after medication. but now as a afeeding mother i suffered with muscle pain ,weekmess n numbeness in my hands n legs. is it due to feeding? i didint take any calcium supplements...

A. Hi Calcium is necessary for normal females while breastfeeding In your case, you can take collagen supplements, calcium & Vitamin D3 supplements. Try to do weight training exercises to strengthen the bones.
