my 9th month old having cough n sneezing.at night it became worse,tried evwry medication what to do,also loss of appetite

Along with the medicine that you are giving go nebulising the child out at least half an hour before you put your child to sleep and give steam to the child indirectly before sleeping and continue with it while sleeping also for the timing and also you can put nasal drops into the nose for better breathing
