Hello all, please suggest the best shampoo, mere hairs mein detengle baut hoti hai even ki all time poni rakhne k baad bhi and head wash k baad hairfall bhi baut hota hai.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 months agoA. Apply hair oil infuse coconut oil with castor oil abd few drops if rosemary oil and apply it twice a week and use a mild shampoo with amla bhringrajas it helps in strengthening the hair roots have enough protein in your diet
