Hello all My baby is 15 months old He is having 4 teeth already Now 2 teeth are coming out Suddenly he had fever before one day and full day getting irritated and crying in between In between he takes his hand inside mouth and crying So Is it due to teething? And what to do to pacify him Can I give paracetamol as pain killer for this

u cam sooth ur baby by doing massage his gums wotb ur ckean fingers, guve clean teether to chew, u may also give paracetomol drops .
