Day time she is sleeping 3hrs only...After starting solids she is waking up for every 1.5 to 2 hrs. How can I increase my baby's sleep at night time...

A. you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk. if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping . x there is no need to to go for fixed feeding pattern. also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits . also if the weight gain of the child every month is normal then no need to worryx regarding the pattern of breastfeeding

A. So give proper dinner to the child give khichadi or something which is heavier for the child to keep the child full for a longer duration and sometimes with the growing age breastfeed may not be enough so you can start giving complimentary milk like formula or you can start giving Amul Taaza milk in the night that will also be beneficial
