Q.
Hello All, I am 18 week 6 days pregnant. My all the previous test reports are normal. My gynec has suggested to go for Level 2 ultrasound and quadruple screen. I have checked the cost. The cost for Level 2 is around 2000 Rs and for quadruple screen is 3500. How much necessary these tests are??? Is it so important to go for these tests?? What are the information doctor want to see in this report??? Can anybody suggest??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. these days most of the investigations are conducted to roll out with probability and possibility of any foetal abnormalities you better get them done to exclude possibility of malformations . .

yes mam it is necessary to rule out anomaly.
so please follow your doctor's advice as he or she knows the case well.
take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
