The most common side effects are fever (that is, a temperature over 38.5°C), and redness, swelling and tenderness around the area where the needle went in to the skin. Babies may be unsettled or sleepy after immunisation. After vaccination, children may be fussy because of pain or fever. To reduce discomfort, you may want to give your child a medicine such as acetami n- ophen or ibuprofen.

Atleast 20bmins tak baby ki back massage kijiye and 4 burps are necessary. Also tummy time is very good for baby to release gas.
