Q.

Hello, After 7 week of delivery 9th Jan I had my 1st period and it end by 12th Jan . Then again 19th Jan it started and 22nd Jan ended . Again from 23rd Jan night time bleeding started. Is this normal? My baby is in mixed feeding. she doesn't want to breastfeed sometimes at all. I have to force

A. possible. it's important to focus of a healthy diet. you can add paneer, dahi, ghee, beans, fresh fruits and cereals. no harm. always involve your primary physician too in diet plan to get first hand advice and better outcome. see postpartum weight loss should be gradual and systematic. avoid crash diet n involve some sort of exercise after six weeks only. go slow with walk n yoga to execute healthy weight loss. try to avoid heavy weight lifting initiallythis can be any hormone problem ok. so best yo get profile n ultrasound that will help us to come to a conclusion in. show a gynac too for PV examine.

A. We’re having major hormonal balance and that happened sometimes after your delivery when you resume with your period so in this case is very important for you to immediately consult your gynaecologist they will be able to help me with medication to regulate your hormones
