Hi doctor I m 37 yrs old and mother of two kids I was having my periods on 24th December and then I have unprotected intercourse on 31st December, on 1st Jan I have taken i-pill my period started on 12 Jan just for 3 days and stopped today that is on 27th Jan again I m started my period

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. then you can i pill intake. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Maintain hydration
