RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Clean it with a mild antiseptic liquid and after that you can apply Boroline antiseptic cream regularly this is going to help in softening the skin and the dead skin is going to come eventually but as of now you should not use diapers at all
