Give three meal and one snack a day
Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello now since the child is 16 months old there is no restriction with what food you can be giving your child and soup is safe to be given for the child and you can give all varieties of soup which is not a problem and you can give around a small cup which should be sufficient
