Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water. Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises.
For hair also, drink lots of water. Use hair oil like mustard or olive oil. And wash your hair with mild shampoo.
