helli dr. my baby is 17 months old he is having cough.dr. prescribed me antibiotic and allegra also ascoril which gave quick result bt still I feel he is having cough so can I give him adulasa syrup regularly? is it suitable for him

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold together along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral ingsfection mostly like flu so supportive treatment is required.
along with that cough expectorant along with decongestant and antiallergic medications are needed.
steam inhalation can be given too as it will relieve the symptoms.
