Q.
My son Adi aged 4 months is having cough. A Dr. has prescribed Ascoril LS for infant. But the cough is not coming out.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and deconxgestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam indhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

if there isn't any improvement , please inform your treating doctor.
apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child which gives relief in this.
offer plenty of breastfeeds.
give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day
