height of my 4 years old boy is not increasing what should I do

A. Okay so first you should check with your doctor to know understand what is the reason behind this that the height is not increasing or the growth has become stagnant that way second is that I would recommend you to give a proper balance nutritious diet plus protein fat carbs in a balance amount and check with the doctor started Iron and multivitamin if required
