Currently I would advise you to apply calamine lotion but with the picture that you have posted it can be some kind of an allergy or infection also so it is going to be right on your part to consult your doctor once for physical assessment if there’s any other medicine ointment or oral thing that you need to give to the child and they can advise you accordingly
