Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it is common problem during pregnancy. please inform your treating doctor/gynecologist for this please take healthy and well balanced diet drink cool milk. keep your body hydrated you can take mukhvas like dhanadal or flex seeds . if your doctor permits then go for walk daily after meal.
