A. eat more protein rich diet.. you can have fresh fruit and salad as healthy snacks. except papaya.. you can have mix veg poha pasta or rice... all made at home only

Hi Mom Offer different varieties of food Take seasonal fruits vegetables Etc vitamins supplements calcium supplements Protein powder Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Take adequate water Stay hydrated Take a good care of your baby Take seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Maintain hygiene Do some light exercise yoga regularly
